About this site

Who runs it

Drone Soccer Events is run by Drone Soccers, a drone sports company in Hyderabad. We sell drone soccer equipment and run events. We list events by other organisers too, because players need one place to find every match. Our own events carry a "Hosted by Drone Soccers" badge.

How an event gets listed

The list updates every Monday. Each step is separate, so one mistake cannot pass through on its own.

1. Finding. An AI agent searches federation sites, college fest sites, event platforms and the news. For every event it copies the exact sentences that show the name, the date and the venue.
2. Code checks. A script with no AI then checks each event. Every source page must load. The copied sentences must appear word for word on that page. Dates must be real and in order. Every number in the description must appear on a source page. Duplicates are removed.
3. Second check. A different AI agent, in a fresh session, reads the same saved pages and checks every field. It never sees the first agent's notes, and it cannot browse. If anything is "probably" right, it counts as not found.
4. Publishing. Only events where every field is confirmed go live. Everything else is held back with a reason, and the site is rebuilt and tested before any change is published.

An event is marked Tentative when only one source mentions it, or when it is more than six months away. Status (upcoming, completed, and so on) is worked out from the dates every night, Indian time.

What we do not do

• We do not guess dates, venues, prize money or organisers. If a source does not say it, we leave it out.
• We do not list drone racing, drone light shows or FPV freestyle. Only drone soccer.
• We do not delete past events. Old pages stay online as a record.
